Harbor City Skatepark Overview
Opened in 2019, Harbor City Skatepark is a terrific addition to the Los Angeles metro region’s skatepark lineup. The park, located in southern LA just north of Long Beach, boasts 11,000 square feet of skatable terrain, including a large street plaza and clover-shaped bowl.
The park is shaped like a large rectangle with a corner chopped off. The street plaza nicely integrated street skating features like ledges, stairs, rails, and hubbas, with transition features, including multiple small quarterpipes, bowled corners, and a large quarterpipe with a gap in the middle.
The bowl is a three-lobed clover shape, with two shallow pockets and a deep end. The bowl has steel coping all around.
