Beach Park Skatepark Overview

Located in central Bakersfield, California, along the Kern River, Beach Park Skatepark is the oldest of the city’s concrete skateparks. The park consists of a large street plaza and a concrete bowl. Lights were added to the park in 2019, to allow for night skating.
Beach Park has been overshadowed a bit by newer parks, such as Planz Park Skatepark and North Beardsley Skatepark. But the park is still a mainstay of Bakersfield’s skatepark collection.
